main processing units are two coil lines both capable of processing
coils up to 15 tonnes in weight, maximum of 1900mm wide in gauges
from 0.4mm to 3.0mm. Both machines incorporate fully backed-up 17
roll levellers that provide panel flatness combined with state of
the art roll feed precision control on the cut lengths. |
| C & S has
recently commissioned a brand new AMADA ATF fully automated shearing
centre. This machine is capable of producing up to 6000 blanks
per hour to very close tolerances. This machine is currently the largest
of its type in the UK. |
